Creator of the Listing Performance Model™. Strategic listing agent. Licensed real estate instructor. Associate Broker in Florida and Georgia.
Creator of the Listing Performance Model™
Tori Easterling is the creator of the Listing Performance Model™ — a structured system for pricing, positioning, and managing a home during its initial market exposure to maximize buyer demand, competitive leverage, and final sale price. The model was built from a clear conviction: most sellers are underserved not because their agents lack effort, but because they lack strategy. The difference between a home that sells at full value in two weeks and one that sits for ninety days and eventually reduces price is almost never the property itself — it is the pricing, positioning, and execution behind the listing.
That conviction has shaped every aspect of Tori's practice. Her primary focus is listing representation — helping homeowners in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach County sell their homes with precision, not hope. She approaches each listing as a strategic problem: What is the true competitive position of this property? What buyer profile is most likely to pay full value? What preparation, pricing, and marketing sequence will generate the strongest possible outcome?
Tori also provides buyer representation on a selective basis, typically for clients who value disciplined guidance and clear strategy over volume-driven transactions. Her relocation practice serves clients moving between Metro Atlanta and South Florida — a corridor she knows from both ends, having held active licenses in Georgia and Florida throughout her career.
Licensed Real Estate Instructor
Beyond client representation, Tori is a licensed real estate instructor and professional speaker who educates agents at every stage of their careers. She teaches pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses through leading institutions including Barney Fletcher Schools, Florida Educational Services, and her own training platform, The Real Estate Knowledge Base.
The Listing Performance Model™ was developed in part through Tori's work as an instructor. Teaching pricing strategy, contract law, and market dynamics to hundreds of agents required building a system that could be clearly defined, consistently applied, and reliably explained. That process produced a model that now drives every listing Tori manages.
