My Commitment

What fair housing looks like in practice

Fair housing is not just about what I refuse to do. It is about what I actively do. I show every client every home that meets their criteria. I present every offer to my seller clients without filtering by the buyer's identity. I counsel sellers on their legal obligations. I advocate for buyers who feel they have been treated unfairly.

I have built dedicated practices for communities that have historically faced barriers in real estate: Pride Homes for LGBTQ+ clients, Hometown Heroes for first responders and educators, and community education to help first-generation buyers understand the process.

If you have experienced housing discrimination or simply want to work with an agent who takes these values seriously, I want to hear from you.

Purpose-Driven Practice

Real Estate With Intention

Tori Easterling's advocacy work is rooted in a simple belief: where you live shapes how you live. For LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers, for first-generation homeowners, and for communities that have historically faced barriers to homeownership, the right representation is not just a professional service — it is a form of access.

LGBTQ+ Inclusive Representation

Palm Beach County has one of Florida's most established LGBTQ+ communities, with concentrations in Delray Beach's Pineapple Grove arts district, Lake Worth Beach's walkable downtown, and Boca Raton's urban core. Tori is a member of Keller Williams Rainbow Network and Keller Williams Women of the Rainbow — a professional commitment to inclusive representation, not a marketing category.

KW Rainbow Network Ally
Fair Housing Commitment

Tori operates in full compliance with the Fair Housing Act and applicable Florida and Georgia fair housing laws. All clients are welcomed and served with professionalism, fairness, and integrity regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Community Impact

Tori's advocacy extends beyond real estate transactions into nonprofit partnerships and community education initiatives — including first-generation buyer education, Hometown Heroes assistance programs, and resources for buyers navigating housing access challenges in both South Florida and Metro Atlanta.

Georgia Fair Housing Law

Georgia's fair housing statute (O.C.G.A. § 8-3-200 et seq.) mirrors federal protections. Cobb County, Smyrna, Vinings, Mableton, and Cascade are all covered. Complaints are filed with the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity (GCEO).

NAR Code of Ethics — Article 10

REALTORS® shall not deny equal professional services or be parties to any plan to discriminate based on protected class. Tori upholds this standard in every transaction — in both Florida and Georgia.

LGBTQ+ Homeownership

Safe, private, and fully represented

Palm Beach County has some of the strongest LGBTQ+ protections in Florida, including local ordinances covering sexual orientation, gender identity, and marital status. Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Deerfield Beach are welcoming communities with active LGBTQ+ neighborhoods. In Georgia, Smyrna and Vinings are among the most inclusive communities in Cobb County — and Tori knows both markets.

My Pride Homes practice is built specifically for LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers who want an agent who understands their priorities, protects their privacy, and advocates for their interests without reservation.

Black Homeownership

Closing the gap — one transaction at a time

The Black homeownership rate in the United States remains significantly lower than the national average — a direct legacy of redlining, discriminatory lending, and steering that persisted for decades after the Fair Housing Act was passed. Closing that gap requires agents who understand the history, know the law, and actively work to dismantle barriers.

As a Black REALTOR® licensed in both Florida and Georgia, I bring lived experience and professional expertise to every client I serve — in Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Cobb County alike. Whether you are buying in Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Smyrna, Mableton, or Cascade, I am fluent in down payment assistance programs, first-generation buyer education, and the specific challenges that can arise for buyers of color in competitive markets.

Homeownership is generational wealth. You deserve an agent who treats it that way.

Common Questions

Fair housing — answered

What is fair housing and why does it matter in Florida and Georgia?

Fair housing is the legal right of every person to choose where they live without facing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status. Tori serves clients in Palm Beach County, Broward County, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Cobb County, Smyrna, Vinings, Mableton, and Cascade — and enforces fair housing standards on every transaction in both states.

Is Tori Easterling a Black REALTOR® in Palm Beach County and Cobb County?

Yes. Tori Easterling is a licensed REALTOR® in Florida and Georgia, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and a Black woman who has built her practice on the principle that every buyer and seller deserves equal, expert representation regardless of their background. She serves clients across South Florida and Metro Atlanta.

Does Tori work with LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers in Florida and Georgia?

Absolutely. Tori's Pride Homes practice serves LGBTQ+ clients in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, and Palm Beach County — as well as in Smyrna, Vinings, Mableton, and Cobb County, Georgia. She is well-versed in both Palm Beach County's expanded local protections and Georgia's fair housing framework, and guides every client with full discretion and advocacy.

What should I do if I think I've experienced housing discrimination?

In Florida: file a complaint with HUD at hud.gov/fairhousing or with the Florida Commission on Human Relations at fchr.myflorida.com. In Georgia: file with the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity (GCEO) or HUD. You have one year from the date of the alleged violation to file. Tori can also connect you with local fair housing advocacy resources in both states.

How does fair housing apply to sellers, not just buyers?

Sellers are also bound by fair housing law. Refusing to accept an offer, setting different terms, or steering toward or away from certain buyers based on protected class is illegal — even if the seller is the one initiating the discrimination. Tori counsels every seller client on their legal obligations.

What makes Tori different from other agents on fair housing?

Most agents treat fair housing as a compliance checkbox. Tori treats it as a core value. She has built her entire practice — Pride Homes, Hometown Heroes, community education, and advocacy — around the belief that equitable access to housing is not optional. It is the foundation of everything she does.

Equal Opportunity

Ready to work with an agent who walks the talk?

Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, or simply want to understand your rights, I am here. Every client. Every time. Equal service.
